A short post today...more of a reminder about Daylight Savings Time. You might be thinking, "Pam, that happened on the weekend" and you would be correct, but it can take a couple weeks for your little one's body to adjust to the time change.
For at least the next week, keep in mind that many of us whether young or old get a bit cranky when our schedule changes, especially when we get less sleep which often happens with the spring time change.
Be patient with your little ones and with yourself. If possible get to bed a little early and the best sleep aid is usually some good outdoor time. Now is the perfect time of year to get outside everyday if your not already in the habit!
