Often parents plan a special project, say for a child's birthday, and feel exhausted as it gets close to the special day. Here's a reminder, no one else expects you to do it all. If you are careful what you promise to your child, you can always do more if you have the time and energy. The best gift to your child is your time with them not how fancy the cake is or how many Pinterest decorations you make.
